When we try to edit a submission, the information fails to load. This issue occurs across all forms. Please investigate.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your TDN / FOC Application Form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
I optimized the form's performance by clearing the cache. Can you try clearing your browser's cache, try it again, and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, use an Incognito/Private window to help rule out potential conflicts caused by the browser's extensions. Also try using another device and network.
