Autoresponder Email: Time not showing in Data and Time Field

    Hi

I am having an issue with what appears to be a submission date appearing within the emailed form copy (in acknowledgement emails and all emails for that matter), which is not on the form itself and not in any of the draft emails when looking at settings and emails etc. I can't see it anywhere within our form of the system background, yet, is coming on the emails.

Even if I wanted it to be there, it calls itself, 'finish date and time' and only shows a date?

Where can I find this 'thing', to edit it? I have tried a couple of different google answers to no avail.

    Hi NSWRFS,

I cloned your recently updated form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. The field that you've mentioned is there.

Check out the screenshot below to see my results:

If that’s not exactly what you’re trying to fix, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hi, no, it's not the field you have boxed, that is part of my form and required. It is the bottom field highlighted in yellow. This is no where on my form or in email replies, yet the system puts it on the form copy in emails to people. I believe it is a submission date but causes confusion. How to I re-word this to Submission Date, or just remove altogether?

    Hi Kristen,

To confirm, are you referring to the form 243048035335855? If yes, I cloned your form, and I noticed that the Autoresponder Email has been set up correctly. Can you also check the Email elements on your Workflow to see if they are set up correctly? Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar, click on Settings, and click on Workflows from the left.
    2. Then, hover your mouse over the existing workflow, and click on the Pencil icon.
    3. Next, click on the Email elements, and click on the Envelope icon.
    4. Finally, review the Email Content, make the changes if needed, and click on Save.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

Yes, I have already checked all those areas, this 'field' that has been added to the emails is not anywhere to be found?

    Hi Kristen,

I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that the Show/Hide condition wasn't configured correctly. Let me show you how to fix it:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

    2. On the left menu, select Conditions and hover over the condition that is connected to the Radio Field (id137) and click on the Pencil icon.

    3. Next, click on the Downward Arrow icon inside the field box and add 26. Finish Date and Time:

    4. Then, select Save.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
