I see that the console log show 400 bad request. Could you confirm if you have also tried to log out and login from your Google account, test it again and the issue still persists?

Can you try using another browser or clearing your browser's cache when using the Migrate Google Form Tool, and see if it'll help with the issue?

I tested the Migration tool and it works with no issues on my end:
To address the issue further, could you try to Clone the Google Form using the URL? This will be from your My Workspace page. Let me show you how:

As a last try before escalating this to our developers, could you try to select another form and migrate it to see if the issue still persists? This will help us narrow down the cause of the issue.

that did not work. When i first started with Jotform I migrated one and it worked though.
