Autoresponder Email: Changes in Source Code Not Reflecting

I am trying to set up an autoresponder email template, however when I replace the source code to get my own formatting it immediately reverts to the original source code, not allowing any changes. The code I used has worked in the auto-notification template, but for whatever reason isn't changing the autoresponder template.
