Hello,
Whenever I am attempting to use the app, attempting to create an app, delete an app, goto the settings section of the app I receive an error then the app closes everytime. I haven’t been able to actually use the mobile app as it keeps crashing with this error.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tried creating an app using my mobile device to replicate the issue, and it seems to be working properly. Check out the screenshot below:
I recommend clearing the cache of your Jotform app and ensuring it is updated to the latest version. You can also reinstall your Jotform app. If the issue persists, can you share your mobile device model and OS version with us?

I’ve redownloaded the app the the issue persists, i’m on iOS 18.3.2 and am using the latest version of the app.

I also created a form using my device on the latest iOS version, and it's working as intended as shown below:
Do you have a different device to test so we can isolate if it is a device or network issue? Testing on a different device will help us investigate the issue more.
