I am trying to launch a new RFP today that will be by invitation only. There is a URL assigned by Jotform in my Salesforce Funding Program that is not corresponding the right program to the right form. Since it's a field I'm unable to edit, Salesforce support said this is an issue on the Jotform side.
There are issues also getting all of the fields in the jotform that are completed to show on the Salesforce side.

Hi Marmee,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. There seem to be several forms under your account. Can you share the form URL in question? This will help us take a closer look and better understand what might be causing the mismatch between the Jotform URL and your Salesforce Funding Program.
Also, can you provide a bit more detail about the fields not syncing to Salesforce? For example, are certain fields consistently missing, or does it seem random?
Once we hear back from you, we can help you with this.

Hello –
Here is the URL for the form involved: https://form.jotform.com/250695428726164
On the Salesforce Funding Program created to capture all of the information in the form, there is a URL that does not match the one in the link above. There are two screenshots below to illustrate the issue.
Here is the corresponding Funding Request in Salesforce - showing which fields didn't carry through. https://reviverestore.lightning.force.com/lightning/r/outfunds__Funding_Request__c/a2OVM00000GrgZO2AZ/view

Hi Marmee,
I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Hi Marmee,
Could you share to us a screenshot of the Fields items page in your Salesforce object (Funding Program)? We've got a guide here that'll show you how to do that. I am referring to the page similar to the one below.
I cloned and tested your form, but when I checked in the integration field mapping screen, I cannot map the URL element because it does not exist as an object in Salesforce side. There is no URL field in the form itself.
I tried adding the URL field in my test Salesforce custom object (JF-Funding Program), but just the same, when in the integration field mapping screen, I cannot map the URL object to the form fields. Check out the screenshot below of the result:
Could you confirm that there is a URL field in your Salesforce custom object?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
