I SET up two new conditions just the same as others and they DO NOT WORK. See THE LAURA GALLAHER one that is identical to Monica Diaz. Monica works fine as all the others, but the Laura One does not work.

    Hi Monica,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've tested your form to see if I can replicate the issue and the same thing happened to me. When I checked your form, it seems that the conditions are conflicting with each other. Instead of using the skip to/hide a page condition, consider using the show/hide field conditions instead. Let me show you how to set that up:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab on the orange navigational bar at the top and click on Conditions on the left side panel.
    2. Next, click on the Add Condition button and select the Show/Hide field condition.

    3. Create a similar conditions below, and click on the Save button.

    4. Repeat the same for other combinations and that's it.

    Here's how it would work:

    Hello, Raymond.

Can you help me to understand what conditions are conflicting so it does not happen again. All the combinations are unique between the password and the person who sent the link.

Aside from this what I want if for people who have the right password-person combination to be able to fill our the form and people who do not, to NOT BE ABLE TO FILL IT OUT. How does going to the skip do that?

OK, TRIED as Raymond suggested but that does not work for me. If I use the right combination it does not give me the NEXT option to go on with the questionnaire and if I use the incorrect one then it does take me to the error message, so it is not doing what I need... I need people with the RIGHT COMBINATION to be able to answer the questionnaire. It had been working perfectly until I added Kirsten and Laura. Why did they cause a conflict?

    Hi Monica,

Checking further on your conditions, it seems that one of them causes the issue. If we disable that, it will fix the issue. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on your Dropdown field and on the Conditional Logic icon next to it.
    2. Next, hover your mouse over the first condition, click on the Gear icon and select the Disable option.

That's it. Here's how it would work with both correct and incorrect passwords:

Feel free to test this cloned demo form.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
