Form is overlapping my background picture

i havent adjusted anything why all of a sudden are the corners rounded and overlapping my pictures on the side please assist/fix

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking, the form isn't overlapping with the background if it's view in less than 80% zoom.

If you would like the form to not overlap with the background if the view is in 100% zoom, you can consider adjusting your form's width:
