My form is not available through your website. There’s a problem connecting your form with my website. Can you please fix it? The problem is on your end. Here’s my URL.

    Hi Rob,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked our system, and I saw the link to the form that you provided is an embed link, which is different from the form link. If you want to access your form directly, you can use the form's direct link. Let me show you How to Find your Form's URL:

    1. In Form Builder, go to Publish at the top.
    2. Under Quick Share, select Copy Link.

Now, if the embed method is not working, can you try re-embedding your form using the iFrame Code? Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
    3. Now, select the embed option you want to use, and click on Copy Code
    4. Paste your code into your webpage's embed area, and that’s it.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
