for some reason i can't respond to my original ticket raised that Afzal responded to, can someone please respond to my below update:
the steps you've told me to do i explained in my email above? did you read it? i tried Microsoft edge and that's worse because the signatures and images don't show up when i click more then view.
please advise what setting on chrome i need to view/change for photos to appear in chrome?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You're unable to respond to that ticket, because it's private ticket created under a guest account, so you can only reply there from the email address you used on that thread.
