Form Element: Prefilling the Form Field with my own account username

I have built multiple forms and used the element Full Name. When the form is opened to be filled in the cells are pre filled with my JotForm account name

First Name cell has "Lanai Road EL"

Last Name cell has "Forms"

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly.

I suggest clearing your form's cache first and try opening it again.
