The data on the submissions is not accurately downloading and I'm having trouble converting it to the original.

Hi Torri,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you explain a bit more about the issue you've encountered? Are you trying to integrate your form with Google Sheet? Or are you just trying to download your submission data? Can you share the link to your form, so I can check it out and see what’s going on?
Also, can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

If you look at the picture below you can see that every field that requires a date as the numerical value is transposed to a code. This has been happening more frequently and requiring manual data entry to update.
Due to the nature of the data my preference is not to make recordings is the picture sufficient?

Hi Torri,
Can you share the Form URL that you are referring to? Have you modified the worksheet by editing columns, renaming, or changing its structure? These changes can disrupt the integration. To resolve this, you’ll need to remove and re-add the integration. Here's how to do it:
- In Form Builder, click Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Go to Integrations on the left.
- Click on the Google Sheet integration.
- Click on the Three Vertical Dots icon on the right.
- In the dropdown menu, click on Delete Action.
- In the popup modal click on Yes, Delete.
- Click on Add New Action.
- Select action on Choose an action section.
- Click Next once done.
- Complete your preferred settings and click on the Save button once done.
Feel free to check our guide on How to Integrate Forms With Google Sheets.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
