Hi Anisha,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand you are encountering the "Failed to Retrieve Dynamic Outputs" issue while connecting your form to Microsoft Power Automate, and this is critical since your form is live in production. Based on the error message you provided, it appears that the API operation 'ListFields' is missing a required property, specifically the 'formID'. To resolve this issue, ensure that you are providing the correct formID when making the API call.
Once you have the correct formID, try reconnecting your form to Microsoft Power Automate with the updated information. If you continue to face issues, provide any additional error messages or details so that we can assist you further.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Mark
Thank you for your response. We are using Power Automate to connect to Jotform and this has been working for the past 3 months. We are suddenly seeing this issue even in our existing forms. We have not made any change to the call. Here is how we connect. Hope this helps.

Hi Anisha,
Regarding the issue you are facing with Power Automate and Jotform. Since this connection has been functioning properly for the past three months without any changes on your end, it is understandable that this sudden issue is concerning. Given that the error message indicates a problem with the 'ListFields' API operation, particularly that it is missing the required formID, it might be beneficial to double-check the following:
- Ensure that the formID you are using in your API call is correct and corresponds to the form you are trying to connect.
- Look for any updates or changes in Power Automate that might affect the connection with Jotform.
- Check if there have been any changes in your account settings or API permissions that could impact the integration.
If everything appears correct and the issue persists, share with us the exact steps you are using to connect the forms and any additional error messages you may be receiving. This information will help us assist you more effectively.
Let us know how it goes.

I'm seeing the same issue trying to use Power Automate. Note that end users have no access to adjust the API call that Power automate is calling.

As mentioned, we have no access to the API call. Can you give us an idea of this API ?
The request to API 'jotform' operation 'ListFields' has invalid inputs.
Error details: The API operation 'ListFields' is missing required property 'formID'.
where can I find details of this API? has this changed recently?

Hi Anisha,
Could you try to reauthorize the Jotform connection in your Power Automate integration? This might be a need to re-connect your Jotform account and select the correct form again. Also, if you are using your free account to make these calls, do note that you have API call limits per your account. You can follow this guide to check your remaining API limits.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
