I am not seeing anywhere to add custom css to an AI agent. In this case, I'm using a chatbot.
Is this possible or is there any workaround?

Hi Bryce,
Adding a Custom CSS code to AI Agent Builder is currently not possible. But, you can customize the Chat bot in Agent Designer. Here's how to do it:
1. In AI Agent Builder, click on the Paint roller icon.
2. In the window that open, click Style tab.
3. Scroll down within the Style tab for you to customize your desire style.
You can also change the Font Style in the Style tabs. Here's how:
1. In AI Agent Builder, then click on the Paint Roller icon on the left side of the page.
2. In the menu on the left, click on Style tab.
3. Scroll down and click on the Downward Arrow icon.
4. In the dropdown menu, select the Font Family you want.
To change the Header Background:
1. In AI Agent Builder, then click on the Paint Roller icon on the left side of the page.
2. In the menu on the left, click on Style tab.
3. Click on the Start Color, and select the color you want for the Header.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

OK, thanks. I am familiar with the designer options. I was just evaluating my chatbot options and wanted to see if there was anyway to add CSS like there is for forms.
I would like to add this as a feature request. is there a way to submit ideas?

Hi Bryce,
While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
