Hi there,
Our account has been disabled due to reaching max number of monthly submissions.
We reached max signatures, so we took them off out form and it seemed to work again.
It says we should be allowed 50,000 submissions which we have not reached yet.
Can someone please advise?
Thank you

Hi SBC,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked the account associated with the info@shaheenbaigcasting.com email address, I can confirm that it has reached the monthly Signed Document limit. I checked all your forms and confirmed that the Jotform Sign feature was disabled. Therefore, I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches. You can now continue working with your forms. If something like this happens again, keep in mind that you can clear your form caches from your account settings. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.

Hi Rene,
Thanks for coming back to me. I have looked on our account and all the Cache has been cleared.
But out Jotform is still disabled.
Should it work straight away ?
Thank you

Hi SBC,
Yes, the form should work right away. I also tested them and confirmed that they're now working correctly. Can you clear your browser caches and check it again to see if that would resolve the issue? If the same thing happens again, can you share with us the link to the form you're referring to so that we can check this better?
Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.
