I already purged a lot of the submissions and I still have no space.

I delete a lot of my submissions, then purged forever I no space was liberated, I've already done it several times and nothing changes.

    Can you help me?

    Hi Calathea,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The issue with your upload space should be resolved by now as your upload space is currently at 41.42 MB / 100.00 MB and your Jotform account is now active. Keep in mind that deleting form submissions with uploaded files from your Jotform Tables will help you free up your upload space. I know you have completed this, but just for your reference, once you have deleted your form submissions, make sure to purge the deleted submissions from your Jotform Table's Trashed Entries. Let me show you how it's done:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
    2. In the dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
    3. Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
    4. Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the warning window, click on the Delete button to confirm.

Purging deleted submissions will free up your Submission Storage and Upload Space but won’t affect other limits. Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
