Hi. I'm a web designer. How can i use jotform to put a form on all my websites? As i understand it, all the forms come back to one email address. Is this correct? Can i make it so a form on a website goes to that websites email address? Same with others. I don't want to see the forms results once they are in use - only the website owners should see the results.
Thanks,
Dave Fox

Hi Dave,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, it is possible to embed the form in multiple websites. About the notification email that will be sent to the website owner, you can set a condition to send the email based on the website URL it was completed from. I’ll need a bit of time to work out the steps. I’ll get back to you shortly.
Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it.

Hi Dave,
So my solution is to use the Get Page URL and Change Email recipient conditional logic. The Get Page URL will get the URL where the form was filled out. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Element +.
- On the left panel, click on Get For Page URL.
Next, create multiple Notification emails with different recipients:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Now, click on Add Email.
4. In the list that comes up, select Notification Email.
5. In the center of the next window, click on the Recipients tab.
6. Now, just enter your email address into the Recipient Email field, and click on Save. That's it, you're done.
Finally, create Change Email Recipient conditional logic:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Click on Conditions on the left side of the screen.
- On the conditions list, select Change Email Recipient.
- Create a condition similar to what is shown below. Jotform represents the value of the website. Let's say the website your form is embedded in is www.test123.com, you can use test123 as the value.
- Finally, click on Save.
You can also check this guide about Change Email Recipient conditional logic.
Give it a try and reach out again if you need any help.
- In Form Builder, click on Add Element +.

Thank you for this. It looks like exactly what i want. I make websites for childminders in my spare time. i don't make enough websites to warrant the monthly fee though. I would only make about 10 forms a year. Is there any way i could pay a lesser fee, say £10 a month, for 10 forms or so?

Hi Dave Fox,
I understand you're looking for a more affordable plan for your occasional use of forms. Keep in mind that our most affordable plan is the Bronze plan at $39 per month. If you were to upgrade to the annual Bronze plan, the cost would be even less. You can check out our pricing page for more details.
Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
