Showing score result after click on Submit.

I want the form to show Score AI Knowledge Level Based on Score and i have already create the filed but i dont know how to setup the workflow so that the form will be show scores and assign level to them after they click on submit. check the clone form please.

• 0-25 Points: Beginner
• 26-50 Points: Intermediate
• 51-75 Points: Expert

Great, we can utilize the Change Thank You Page conditional logic. You can create a custom Thank You Page that will show the result based on a condition. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Click on Conditions on the left side of the screen.
3. Select the Change Thank You Page.
4. Create a condition similar to the one shown below. You can customize the thank you page and put the score field by clicking on Form Fields.
5. Finally, click on Save.
