AI Agent Embed passing First Name and Email

Good afternoon:

I'm attempting to apply the AI Agent to a SaaS application where we already have the user's first name and email address. I would like to pass these to the AI agent so the AI Agent can address the users by name and have the user's email address to pass into a ticket submission form, if needed.

This seems like a standard feature of most AI Agents and while you're AI Agent solution is very impressive, I'm not finding this common configuration.

Can you please provide some direction on how this can be done? I would think it would just be a parameter with the embed code like it is with other solutions I've used in the past.

I have an update regarding your query about passing the user's first name and email address to the AI Agent. While there's no direct method within the Agent Builder to achieve this, there is a workaround. If you can establish an API endpoint to retrieve the user's name, you can then set up an API GET request in the Agent Builder. This will allow the agent to use the retrieved information.

Keep in mind that you might not be able to use the retrieved name directly in the greetings to address users by name, you can still integrate it in other ways. I suggest exploring the Send API Request tool, which enables the agent to interact with APIs for retrieving and sending data, just as seen in my screenshot below:
