We need to send out a yearly reminder for a submitted form. It will remind us to bill this person their yearly dues. How do i set it up to bill every year moving forward from the submitted date?

Hi oakhillsdocs,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me show you how to set it up:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list and choose the Date Picker field.
3. Click on the field and edit the field label to 365.
4. Next is to set up a Condition. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
5. Click on Conditions on the left side of the screen.
6. Under Conditions, click on Add Condition and select Update/Calculate Field.
8. While in Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
9. Under the Widget tab, scroll down the list and choose the Form Calculation.
Next is to create a notification that you want to send on after a year. Let me walk you through it:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Click on Email in the menu on the left side of the page.
3. Click on Add email and select notification email.
4. Customize the email the way you want it and click on Save at the bottom of the page, and you’re done.
6. Under Conditions, click on Add Condition and select Change email recipient.
If you want to do it yearly, you need to redo the steps for year 2, 3, 4, 5 & so on.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
