What is the best way to create a question that asks for a person's availability?

Greetings!

I am looking for the best way to ask for a person's availability throughout the week that includes the day of week (Monday - Saturday) and the best times they are available.

We have specific times to list that works for our schedule. Below are examples of availability:

Monday - Thursday (9:00AM - 12:00PM)

Monday - Thursday (5:00PM - 6:00PM)

Monday - Thursday (9:30PM - 10:00PM)

Friday (9:00AM - 11:00AM)

Friday (4:00PM - 5:00PM)

Saturday (12:00PM - 8:00PM)

We would like to format the question so that the person can select multiple options. For example, a person may be available Monday - Wednesday at 9:00AM, but can't be available at that time on Thursday or Friday. Or can't be available from 10:00AM - 11:00AM, but can be available from 11:00AM - 12:00PM. It would be ideal if we could list the options per hour. We want them to be able to specify the times they are available.

I have created a sample form using a section collapse and multiple choice field. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.

2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list and choose the Section Collapse Field.

3. Click on the Gear icon on the right side of the field to open Section Collapse Properties.

4. Under Section Collapse Properties, in the Section Heading enter the name of the day.

5. While in Form builder, under the Basic tab, scroll down the list and choose the Multiple Choice Field.

6. Click on the Gear icon on the right side of the field to open Multiple Choice Properties.

7. Under Multiple Choice Properties, delete the field label and click on Options to enter the time selection.

Repeat the steps for the other days.

We don't see the Section Collapse Field as an option in the Basic Elements Field. Can you please ensure our profile has this option? Thank You!

The  Section Collapse Field is only available with our classic form layout. If you're using the card form layout, the section collapse field is not available. You can just add the Multiple choice field, let me show you:

1. In Form builder, under the Basic tab, scroll down the list and choose the Multiple Choice Field.

2. Click on the Gear icon on the right side of the field to open Multiple Choice Properties.

3. Under Multiple Choice Properties, enter the field label and click on Options to enter the time selection.
