Hi Rhondagoals,
I tested your form and encountered the same issue. However, I noticed that you have set these images as the page background. The Thank You page itself doesn’t currently have a background image. If you want to remove these images from the Thank You page, you will need to update the page background.
Also, you can update the Thank You page’s background image itself. Let me help you do that:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings on the top of the page.
- Click on Thank You Page on the left.
- Then, select the Insert Image option, Upload the image you want to use, and click on the Insert Image button.

Hi Rhondagoals,
You need to make a submission test on your actual form to preview the Thank You Page. However, I've cloned and tested it, and here's how your Thank You Page looks like:
If you want, you can clone your form and replace Square payment with Purchase Order, so you won't need to make an actual payment. This way, you can have a submission test to your form to take a look in your Thank You Page. Let me show you how to do this:
- On your My Forms page, select your main form.
- Click on More on the right side of the page.
- Under Form, select Clone.
You will be redirected to the cloned form. Let's now switch your current payment gateway to Purchase Order:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
- From the Payments tab, click on the Three Dots icon of Square and select Switch to another payment gateway.
- Scroll down and look for Purchase Order.
- Click on Use Selection.
- From the modal, click on Ok and click on the Continue button in the lower right corner of the page.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
