Hi Rob,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked on your form, you are using Paysafe integration. Venmo can only be integrated into other platforms through PayPal and Braintree. Jotform's PayPal integration lets customers to use a number of different payment methods, including Venmo in the United States. Let me show you how to integrate it:
1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element on the top-left side of the page.
2. Click on the Payments tab, and search for Venmo and then click on it to add it to your form.
3. In the menu on the right side of the page, click on Connect Via PayPal Business (if you want to do a test, choose Test Mode in the Mode option).
4. In the popup window that comes up, connect your PayPal account, and click on Continue in the bottom-right corner.
It's important to remember that PayPal and Braintree will charge you a fee for using Venmo. You can also check out How to Integrate PayPal Business with Jotform guide for detailed information.
Give the integration a try and let us know if you need any help.

Hi Rob,
I checked your form and saw that you're already using the PaySafe payment integration. Keep in mind that you can only use one payment integration to a form. So, if you want to switch to Venmo, you'll have to hover over the PaySafe integration and select the switch to another gateway option as shown in the screencast below:
However, if you want to use both payment integrations, you'll then have to create a multiple payment form. This can be done by displaying multiple integrations in the same form by using the iFrame Embed widget, adding a Single Choice element, and applying the Conditions feature with the existing payment gateway. Let me show you how to set it up:
At first, let's add the iFrame Embed widget to your form:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the screen.
- Click on the Widgets tab, search for iFrame Embed and drag and drop it to your form.
- In the menu on the right, under the General tab, paste the Frame URL of the other form which includes fields and the payment integration.
- Next to the Iframe Embed widget, click on the Gear icon and change the Height option as you want.
- While in Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the screen.
- In the menu on the left, under the Basic Elements menu, drag and drop a Single Choice element.
- Change the label and the options so that users can choose the payment method.
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Conditions and choose the Show/Hide Field option.
3. Set up two conditions as you see below and click on Save.
After completing all the steps, you can display two payment methods on the same form. Keep in mind that if users fill out the form within the iframe widget, submissions will be collected in that form. Check out the screencast below to see how it'll work:
Give it a try and reach out again if you need any help.
