form currently not available issue

    I am trying to resend the link to my form for a customer to order more products. I was told that the link I sent comes up with a message "Form is not currently avaialable.

    here is the look video showing what happens one I tried it

    Hi Smaggs,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It's really easy to fix. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Form Settings.

    3. Click on the Form Status.

    4. Click the Form Status dropdown and select Enabled.

    5. Click on the Save button.

    That's it. You can now share the form link and the form filler should be able to access it already. We also have a guide about How to Enable or Disable a Form that you can check out.
