I'm not receiving password reset email.

    I can't log in. I tried to reset my PW, but I haven't received an email.

    I have been a customer for years, but am very frustrated with you lack of customer service.

    Hi David,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked our bounce list and can see here that your email is in it with the following reason:

    Reason(s) : bounced (host gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com[142.250.123.27] said: 550-5.7.26 Your email has been blocked because the sender is unauthenticated. 550-5.7.26 Gmail requires all senders to authenticate with either SPF or DKIM. 550-5.7.26  550-5.7.26  Authentication results: 550-5.7.26  DKIM = did not pass 550-5.7.26  SPF [gmail.com] with ip: [152.160.215.242] = did not pass 550-5.7.26  550-5.7.26  For instructions on setting up authentication, go to 550 5.7.26  https://support.google.com/mail/answer/81126#authentication af79cd13be357-7c573d35b61si413776685a.644 - gsmtp (in reply to end of DATA command))

    I've removed it and you should now receive emails from Jotform domains. I also suggest setting up your email as email sender via SMTP to avoid email bouncing issues. It's easy to use your Gmail Account as your Email Sender in Jotform. Let me show you how:

    1. On your Settings page, in the Sender Emails section, click on the Add Sender Email button.

    2. In the window that opens, select Google and click on Continue.

    3. In the next window that pops up, connect your Google Account.

    4. After connecting your account, click on Send Test Email in the Google SMTP Configuration menu to check if it’s set up correctly, then click on Save and that's it.

    Im not receiving password reset email Screenshot 143If you change your Google password or permissions for Jotform, this setup will no longer be valid, and you’ll need to click on the Refresh button on your Settings page:

You can now reset your password. Resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.

    3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

    4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.

    5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
