Hello,
I'm currently using Excel to report scores from tests by making bar graphs. I'd like to find an alternative to Excel. I tried making reports with bar graphs but it only reflected how many responses the form received, not the actual score I put in. I'd like it to functioning similar to my product at https://www.peregrinereports.com/demos. I need my users to input scores (it's ok if it's a form, then a report is produced), and then bar graphs are made the show the scores. Can this be done?

Hi Cody,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the link you want to achieve and it seems that there are graphs shown in each question. Unfortunately, we can't be able to achieve that using Jotform. We can create reports as a summary of all the submissions. But, we can add a PDF document where you want to display the figures and information entered in the form using the Smart PDF feature. Jotform makes it easy to integrate your PDF files using Smart PDF Forms. Let me walk you through it:
1. On your My Forms page, click on Create Form on the top-left side of the page.
2. Choose Import Form and then Import PDF Form.
3. Now, upload your PDF file.
4. Add the necessary fields and customize them using the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
Sometimes, the fields that are automatically created in the PDF file will be in the wrong place. If that happens, you'll have to move and resize the fields. Check out the screencast below to see how to do that:
That's it. The final preview will look like the one below:
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
