Webhook Integration: Single Choice with calculation value still send the text option

    Hi Guys,

I am really struggling here. I created a questionnaire first using mutliple choice and adding a number system - strong disagree = 0 .....strongly agree = 4

I then created a webhook to send the data when someone submits to my server at digital ocean.

It keeps sending the text data instead of the numbers which I need for analysis.

    Can you help?

    Hi David,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The single choice element normally send its option value to webhook, rather than its calculation value. Though I do see you were able to come up with a workaround using a form calculation widget for each question, where it fetches the corresponding calculation value of the selected option.

I tested the same workaround with one of my forms, and it works. So, I assume it does the same with you.

Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
