    Hola, necesito ayuda URGENTE. Desaparecieron mis plantillas, mis datos, todo y encima me dice que estoy llegando al limite de espacio de carga

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are currently busy helping other Jotform users. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, remember that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    About the status of your account, it shows here that it's overlimit. I have refreshed and calculated your upload space limit. The usage is now at 6.52 MB/100.00 MB. Can you try to refresh the page of your account, or try to log out and log back in to your account?

    It's done thank you, anyway I'll upgrade this account to a pay plan, I wonder if upgrading I'll have more spaces and resources, any recomendation is welcome. By the way, don't worry about the language I don't have probles with english. Bye

    Upgrading your Jotform account will definitely provide you with more space and resources. Depending on the plan you choose, you'll receive higher monthly submission limits, more upload storage space, increased form views, and the ability to create and manage more active forms.

    The Bronze plan is a great starting point if you're expecting moderate usage, while the Silver plan is ideal for growing teams and offers more generous limits, along with HIPAA compliance if needed. The Gold plan is best suited for high-volume users who require maximum capacity and priority support.     Additionally, it's really easy to Upgrade your Account. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

    2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

    3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method. 

    Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

    After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.
