The certificate1 and certificate2 are the columns in excel which we are importing into the spreadsheet to form widget.

    Hi Vennela,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the paragraph field that you are referring to and this is the URL that was added:

Can I ask what field are you trying to populate with the URL from your Spreadsheet?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Hi ,
In my ExcelSheet i have certificate1,certificate2,certificate3 columns. These columns I'm trying to populate using Paragraph by insert link. Even though we are getting "Page not found" error.

    Hi Vennela,

To my understanding, you want to prepopulate the PDF link in the hyperlink that's in the paragraph element. Is that right? Check out my screenshot below for reference:

Can you tell us what's the purpose of these fields? I suggest using a Short Text field and passing its value in the paragraph element. Let me show you how to do this:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page and select Short Text from the left side window.
    2. Click on the Gear icon of the Short Text element and, from the General tab, enter your preferred Field Label.
    3. From the Advanced tab, toggle Hide Field.
    4. Click on Field Details and copy the Unique Name. How can I access web links added in the Spreadsheet to Form widget? Image 3 Screenshot 82

Let's now paste the Unique Name of the Short Text element in the paragraph element:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Pencil icon of the Paragraph element.
    2. Paste the Unique Name of the Short Text element and enclosed it in a bracket.
    3. Click on the Check icon to Save the changes. How can I access web links added in the Spreadsheet to Form widget? Image 4 Screenshot 93

Note that link will not be prepopulated as a link. It will always be prepopulated as a text, and user needs to copy and paste it on their browser. Here's the result:
