Some data are missing in the PDF output

Good day,

There is a table in my jotform that when I print to pdf, the data is missing. It shows in the automated report but not the pdf.

Please have a look and advise on how to fix this issue.

I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshots below to see my results:

Just to clarify, does the missing table appear in PDF Editor on your original form, or does it only disappear when you print or download the PDF? Also, are you using a customized PDF layout, or is it the default one generated by Jotform? This will help us pinpoint the issue and find the best solution.

Thanks for the response. I am still experiencing this problem. Now there are odd gaps all over. Please see screenshots of the report I downloaded just now. I download to pdf directly from jotform.

I can thoroughly look into this for you. I’ll just need access to your account to do that. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.

3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Hi Antonia,

Can you share with us the submission ID for which the issue occurs? This will help us compare the submission in the form and the generated PDF. If you can also specify what data didn't appear in the PDF, that will help us quickly trace the issue. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, select your form by ticking the checkbox beside it.
2. After selecting the form, click the Submissions button at the upper part of your page. You will then be redirected to the Jotform Table page.
3. In your Jotform Table, click the Columns button at the right side of your page.
4. In the dropdown, select the Submission ID.
5. Copy the Submission ID of the affected submission and share it with us.
