Hi Team,
I am needing some help with some conditional logic.
Essentially what I want to do it say when Row "A" = Value "X", Input "Y" Into Field "Z"
I have an integration with Airtable and it seems that the integration does not support values on an input table, so the only workaround is to use a worded question within my form to pass that value on, however that then creates an additional 10 questions for the user which I'd rather have in an input table. So ideally these "Field Z" questions will be hidden and only used for the integration
If you can provide some guidance, that would be greatly appreciated.
Kind Regards,
Matt

Hi Matthew,
You need to add separate short text fields for each row where we can pass the value from the input table. Let me walk you thorough this:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page and from the Basic tab, select Short Text.
- Click on the Gear icon of the Short Text field.
- From the General tab, you can enter the row's name from the input table in the as the Field Label.
- From the General tab, toggle Hide Field.
Let's now set up an Update/Calculate Field condition:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Select Conditions from the left side window.
- Select Update/Calculate Field.
- Set up the condition like the one below:
Here's how to add each column from the input table in the DO section. Make sure that the added field in String or text value.
Reach out again if you need any other help.

Thank you for your email and sorry about the delay in getting back to you. I’ve been away on leave.
I am looking into doing this right now, and I’ve attempted to clone your form, but its telling me I don’t have access.
Can you confirm, do I need to create a new rule for each of the rows in the table? I’m assuming that’s a yes, but just wanted to confirm.
Thank you again for your help.
Kind Regards,
Matthew Xanthopoulos

Hi Matthew,
Yes, you will have to create a condition for each rows in the table. Now, as for the form, you can clone this form 250778919484980 instead, to further inspect how my colleague set up the fields and condition.
Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
