    I. One solution from previous support said to select Square. Square is not one of my pay options. I should have PayPal and Stripe enabled.

2 . Another solution in the video is add a coupon code. What if I have another coupon code? How many codes can be applied? Then do I set up a condition , because wouldn't everyone see the code to make shipping free

I want to have the set shipping reduced to $0 when pickup is selected. My payment options are PayPal and Stripe. I am still working with the free version is not available in that version.

    Hi Janice,

I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

    Hi Janice,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can add a separate delivery option, instead of the shipping fee automatically added. Let me walk you through it, step by step:

First, you can disable the Shipping option:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Product List element.

    2. Click on the Shipping Cart icon to open its Settings.

    3. On the right panel, go to the Shipping tab.

    4. Lastly, navigate to Shipping and toggle it to the Off position.Removing shipping charges if product is being picked Image 1 Screenshot 30

After that, you can simply add a separate product, for the delivery option, and set up the pricing. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Product List element.

    2. Click on the Create Product button to create a new product for the Shipping.

    3. Then, go to the Options tab, and click on Add a Product Option.

    4. Lastly, enable Special Pricing Per Option, and set up the delivery option pricing.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Janice,

What you can do is to turn off the Shipping Fee and add the Shipping Fee as a product instead. First is to ensure that the Shipping is disabled:

Then add the Shipping Fee as a Product:

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

Some items can be picked but most will be shipped. If I disable shipping when does it calculated for shipped items?Removing shipping charges if product is being picked Image 1 Screenshot 30

    Hi Janice,

You can add a product pick up, which can be priced as free, but you also need to add a Shipping Fee as a product as seen here:

This way, when the user chooses pick up, there will be no charges. But, if they choose Shipping Fee, then an additional $6 will be added to the total.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
