Zendesk App w/ HIPPA Compliance

    Hello!


    I reached out a few weeks ago requesting the Zendesk app for the Urban Alchemy instance and I learned that it wasn't available do to Zendesk not being HIPPA compliant. Can you please tell me that if we were to add the HIPPA compliance package to our Zendesk instance (which we plan on doing) would this integration then be available to us? Or are you saying that it is not available to any Zendesk instance regardless if it has the Advanced Compliance add-on?

    Hi Lauren,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, integration with Zendesk is not yet supported for HIPAA-compliant Jotform accounts. I see that you have already requested this feature, so our Developers team will review it once they've had a chance to look into it. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
