Unfortunately, it's not possible to connect your AI to your Jotform App. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Hi Jennifer,
Adding the AI Agent you’ve created to your App is really easy to do. Let me show you how:
- In App Builder, in the purple navigation bar at the top, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left, click on AI Chatbot.
- Now, click on +Add AI Agent and choose either to create a new AI Agent or select an existing one to add to your App.
After creating a new AI Agent, or selecting an existing one, you can check it at the bottom right corner in the Live Preview mode.
You can also customize features like the Greeting message, Pulsing effects, Open by Default, and the Position of the AI Agent icon in the AI Chatbot settings.
