Hi - Stripe has indicated that you all can help update the Shipping and Tax Labels on this check out screen. I want the Shipping Fees to say Service Fees and the Tax to say Credit Card Processing Fee. Please confirm how to do this. Also, The Adventure Sports label is wrong, it should say Hardwood Palace powered by DL6 Sports. Here is the link to the form. https://form.jotform.com/250703696910156

Hi Torie,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
We appreciate your patience while we work on a solution.

Push_BigReplied on March 13, 2025 at 7:05 PMOk. Thanks. The end goal is to pass along the Stripe processing fees plus
our internal service fees onto the customer. Any suggestions on how to do
this.
Thanks
Dc

Hi Dc,
I see you labeled tax in the payment field as CC Processing, which is correct, but it's still showing Tax on the Stripe Checkout Page. Basically, the goal is to have it appear as CC processing on the checkout page too. There's currently no workaround for this, but this has been escalated to developers.
In the meantime. I suggest using regular Stripe Integration so they will make a payment within the form rather than being redirected to a checkout page.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

the hosted version accomplishes this. Can you please share other options

Hi Push_Big,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. Currently, our forms are limited to one payment integration each, which means you can only have either Apple Pay or Google Pay per form. To support both payment methods, you would need to create separate forms, one for Apple Pay and another for Google Pay.
You can check this guide to know more about how to integrate Apple Pay and Google Pay with Jotform.
If you need assistance setting up the additional form or have any further questions, please let us know. -

Hi Push_Big,
Unfortunately, Jotform doesn't have a direct integration with Apple Pay, but you can integrate your form with Square or Stripe Checkout. We also have a guide here that you can check out to learn more about How to Integrate Apple Pay and Google Pay With Jotform.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
