Trash will not empty

Hi Wendell,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the deleted submissions in your Tables? If yes, then you can purge your deleted entry data to completely remove them in the Tables. Let me walk you through it:
- In Tables, click on the Three Vertical Dots in the upper left corner of the screen beside the form name tab.
- Go on the Trashed Entries.
- Click on the Checkbox beside Select all.
- Click on Delete Forever, and lastly click on Delete.
We also have a guide about How to Delete Form Submission Data that you can check out. You can also clear your form cache after purging your submission data on this page. Let me show you how.
- In My Forms, in the upper right corner of the screen, click on your Avatar.
- Click on Settings.
- On the left side of the screen, click on Settings.
- Click on Clear Cache button in the Form Cache section.

I went ahead and cleared your form cache to see if this can help fix the issue. I also recommend clearing your browser's cache, refreshing the page, and trying again using a different browser or device.
Can you give it another try and let us know what happens? If you're still having the same issue, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution. You can also share with us a screen recording of what’s happening. We’ve reviewed your Tables and noticed that the Trash pages appear to be empty. Could you share the specific Table where you're encountering issues with deleting trash entries? Also, can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.
