Hi Mario,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To clarify, are you referring to the Custom Form URL? If yes, then you can create a Custom URL for each form. But, you won't be able to create a multiple custom form URL in a single form. Using your domain in your form link, like the one below, is only available with Jotform Enterprise:
https://forms.yourcompanydomain.com/formId
But, you can add a Custom URL to your form. Let me show you how to do that:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Edit Form on the right side of the page.
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- Click on the Pencil icon under the Settings button.
- Edit your form link, click on Apply, and that's it, you're done.
https://form.jotform.com/yourusername/yourformname
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Mario,
It's not possible to create or add more than one custom URL in your form, you can only set one Custom URL slug per form.

It really is a competitive disadvantage. What happens in the case of companies that manage multiple brands or business identities? Should we create separate Jotform accounts for each business?
It's not practical.

Hi Mario,
The Custom Form URL follows this format:
https://form.jotform.com/{yourUsername}/{your-custom-url-slug}
If you want to use more than one slug, you can clone your form and update the slug on the other form. For businesses managing multiple brands, the typical approach would be to create separate Jotform accounts for each brand. This allows each business identity to have its own distinct form URL. It ensures that each brand is represented individually.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Mario,
I understand you're looking to add another {yourUsername} to identify different name brands managed within the same company. Unfortunately, an account can't have multiple usernames to manage distinct form URLs. As previously mentioned, you can instead create separate Jotform accounts for each brand. Another thing you can do is organize your forms into folders, each representing a different brand. This helps visually separate and manage forms within your account. While it won’t change the core URL structure, it can help with organization and brand identification within a single account. You can also use different logos, colors, and themes for each form to visually represent each brand. This helps in differentiating the forms even if they are under the same account.

I think you're complicating things and making it less practical. From a single interface, I know I can manage folders to separate information as I see fit. However, in the public sphere, when I send a link that puts a brand name that doesn't correspond to the form's purpose, it doesn't look good. If this has to do with a subscription plan issue, I understand. However, all brands or names should be manageable from a single panel, and not by switching accounts. If there's an additional cost, that's fine, but don't complicate things by separating assets when there are tools to do so within the same interface.

Hi Mario,
Even at the paid plan level, the ability to have multiple usernames is not available. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
