Hi Bart, I highly agree with @cofancyin the 5MB limit is too small for our use as well. There are company materials I wnt to upload in PDF format and my PDFs are 300mb in size.

    Hi RevzinBen,

I understand your concern regarding the 5MB upload limit in uploading files into your AI Agent knowledge base, especially when dealing with larger PDF files.

I have forwarded this to our Development Team as a feature request. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

This is increasingly a serious limitation of Jotform. We will ask our patients to attach photos of say their insurance card or driver's license, perhaps front and back. Modern phones will take photos that are 3MB or larger!!  You really need to fix this by at least doubling the limit to 10 MB or more.

P.S. Using SMTP is NOT an option. We are in healthcare in the United States, so that recommendation is incompatible with both our email security system and HIPAA.

    Hi RevzinBen,

We’ve noted your concern, and it has already been escalated to our Developers as a feature request. However, we can’t provide an exact timeline for when or if it will be implemented, as this depends on the team’s workload, the feature’s viability, and overall user demand.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
