My form submissions are not visible in my Jotform Inbox.

    Mark Tennyson is not seeing his submissions. His email is mtennyson@laurenceschool.com.

    Hi Laurence_School,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that Mark Tennyson is not seeing his submissions for the Purchase Order Form and Expense Tracker Form.

    To investigate the issue further, I’ll need access to your account. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

    4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.

    I've enabled the "Jotform Support Access" option.

    Hi Laurence_School,

    When I checked for form, it seems like mtennyson@laurenceschool.com was not assigned to the form or a collaborator on your Inbox, so they won't be able to access all of their submissions via Inbox. You can add the user as a Collaborator on your Inbox, however, they will see all the form submissions. If you want the user to only see their own submissions, you can assign the form to them and allow View Submission permission. It's really easy to do. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. Go to Assign Form and click the Gear icon to set up the Access and Permission Settings.
    3. Then you can click the Copy Link button and share it to your form fillers.

    1. While in My Workspace page, click on Assigned Forms.
    2. Hover your mouse on the form and choose View Submissions.
