Wie kann ich den Zugriff auf die App im Kioskmodus einschränken?

sobald ich den Kiosk Modus aktiviere kann ich trotzdem andere Apps öffnen. Der Gast soll jedoch keine anderen Apps öffnen können. Wie kann ich das einschränken?
