AI isn’t pulling or providing product prices from the konwledge base

Hello, I’m working on an AI agent named Shambhavi to assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, and guiding them through filling out a form, displaying an order summary, and submitting it. I’ve been testing it, but I’ve run into some issues I can’t figure out how to fix, and I’d love some guidance.

One major problem is with price inquiries. The AI isn’t pulling or providing product prices from the Jotform -CommunitE - Stands for Come Unite when customers ask. Here’s what I’d like it to do:

• When a customer asks about a price—say, for almonds—Shambhavi should respond by asking, “Which variety would you like?” and then list all available options (e.g., Almond Mamra Standard, Almond California, etc.).
• 
  
• Once the customer picks a variety, like Almond Mamra Standard, the agent should provide the price—say, Rs 550 for 250g—and mention they can order in different quantities, like 250g, 500g, or 1kg.

Second, the AI is also struggling to fill out the form itself. It’s running into issues—like not able to login the customer—which is throwing off the order process. I’d love for it to smoothly populate the form based on the customer’s response, then show a summary and submit it without hiccups.

How can I get Shambhavi to handle the pricing interaction and form-filling reliably? Any tips on improving the data integration or troubleshooting these issues would be fantastic!

So I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
