Hello, I need your support with a workflow called Solicitud de Compra
In this workflow, I want to add a form at the end so that it reaches the corresponding person, allowing them to edit it. However, when I try to select the form from the dropdown list of all my forms, the Orden de Compra form does not appear, which is the one I need to configure.
I have tried everything—deleted and recreated the form, removed and re-added the condition, and republished the form I want to include in the workflow—but nothing seems to work.
I appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you're trying to add the Orden de Compra form to your Solicitud de Compra workflow, but it’s not appearing in the dropdown list of available forms.
Most of the time, when a form does not show up as an option in the workflow, it is because the form is already being used in another workflow or it has its own workflow configured. To check this, I recommend verifying if the form is already assigned to another workflow. If it’s in use elsewhere, you may need to remove it from that workflow before adding it to a new one.
Also, check if the form has its own approval flow. Forms with active or inactive workflows may not be available for selection in another workflow. If the form is linked to another workflow, try removing it from there and then attempt to add it again to Solicitud de Compra workflow.
Can you check if Orden De Compra Autos Aliados is the form you were trying to add to the Solicitud de Compra workflow? I checked it and noticed an incomplete workflow on it. Try deleting that workflow and then attempt it again. Let me show you how to delete a workflow:
1. In the Form Builder, go to the Settings tab in the top orange navigation bar.
2. On the left-hand side, go to Workflows, then hover over the workflow you want to delete.
3. Click the Gear icon, then select Delete.
4. To permanently delete, click the Gear icon again, then click Purge and Confirm.

Muchas gracias ya me funciono, ahora tengo una consulta , dentro del flujo de aprobación una vez la persona llena el formulario de Orden de Compra quiero que el flujo tome una decisión en donde si el precio total de materiales y servicios es menor que 50000 entonces que siga un flujo de aprobación y si es de 50001 en adelante los servicios y materiales pasan por otro flujo de aprobación.
Actualmente lo habia hecho con un split pero no me funciona
