Driving Distance widget: Calculated data is not resetting

    My form has the following:

    Driving Distance Widget --> PickUp/Drop Off Calculated Distance

    1. PickUp/Drop Off --> 1. PickUp/Drop Off Calculated Distance (Number Properties)
    2. PickUp/Drop Off --> 2. PickUp/Drop Off Calculated Distance (Number Properties)
    3. PickUp/Drop Off --> 3. PickUp/Drop Off Calculated Distance (Number Properties)

    Each Driving Distance Widget displays
    From - Pickup Address | To - drop off address
    Distance and Durantion

    The PickUp/Drop Off Calculated Distance displays
    Distance from the Driving Distance Widget

    Calculated Total Distance Field (Number Properties)
    logic sums all 3 of the PickUp/Drop Off Calculated Distance together

    Total Price (Form Calculation Widget)

    has a flat price of $7.50 if the sums all 3 of the PickUp/Drop Off Calculated Distance together is less than 6 miles and if greater than 6 miles its $7.50 + $1.25 for each additional mile

    Everything is working EXCEPT when a driving distance is deleted it does not revert the corresponding PickUp/Drop Off Calculated Distance (Number Properties) back to 0.

    MY QUESTION:

    Is there a way to get it to revert back to 0.

    i did notice during testing if i make the from address and the TO address the same then the Calculated Distance changes to 0

    Hi Jeanett,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

    The assigned team working on the issue had confirmed that the issue has been resolved. Can you give it a try and see how it goes?
