I followed the instructions exactly. Clicking on record from browser says "Cannot connect to Loom. Please try again later."
On chrome mobile it says "error setting up Loom: no-media-streams-support"
Not a functional widget at this point.

Hi Travis,
I tested it to see if the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. Let me show you how to fix it:
1. Go to Loom Developer page, and click the Create application button.
2. Under App name, add the app name you want.
3. In the SDK Type, select SDK Standard.
4. Under Domains allowing SDK setup, make sure to add both *.jotform.io and *.jotform.com.
5. Then, click on Create Application.
6. Once done, click on the Duplicate icon to copy the Public App ID.
Adding the Public App ID in the widget:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Loom Video Recorder widget.
2. Then click on the Wand icon to open the Widget settings.
3. In the menu that opens, under the Public App ID, add your copied Public App ID.
4. Finally, click on the Update button at the bottom of the page.
Here's the result:
Additionally, make sure that you allow all the permission to your browser. Check my screenshot below for example:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi! Thank you for the procedure.
I followed the steps and tried to address it, but this announcement appeared after I clicked the Record video button.I hope to know how to deal with this error.

Hi Travis,
Can you check the Public App ID again, in your Loom video recorder widget, if the Public App ID are correctly added? If so, could you try to access your form using a different browser, either incognito or private mode to see if the issue persists?
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
