a lot of people want it i mean can we have the option to record our voice first which ever voice is it meant to be and also have another option to upload a voice from our computer

Unfortunately, the feature that you're looking for isn't currently available. My colleague Mary has already escalated this to our developers. The implementation of it depends on the developer's workload, how viable it is, and how many users want it.
