Hi,
we have this form: https://www.jotform.com/tables/250203054281039 available in Arabic and Hebrew. The main language of the form is Hebrew, so all the answers are shown in Hebrew. Is there a way to know which answers were filled in using the Arabic version of the form?
Thank you very much.

Hi eszterkoranyi,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You want to know how to differentiate the answers filled in using the Arabic version of your form. Since you've already set up the languages, let me help you with the necessary conditions to tag submissions based on the selected language. First, we need to add a hidden Short Text Field in the form. I named it Selected Language in my cloned form. Let me show you how:
1. Click on Add Element in the upper-left corner.
2. Drag the Short Text field to your form.
3. Right-click on the field and select Hide.
Now let's set up the condition that allows you to identify responses in Arabic, It's easy to do. Let me walk you through it:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the left menu, click on Conditions.
3. Click on the Add Condition button and Select the Update/Calculate Field condition.
4. Set the condition like you see below:
Here is the result:
That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thank you, I inserted the changes, but I am afraid it doesn't show the language selection in the answers already submitted. If yes, please explain me where I can see it.
Thanks a lot

Hi eszterkoranyi,
For the forms which were already submitted, you can add their selected language manually. Doing that is easy. Let me show you how:
1. In Tables, double-click on the column named Selected Language.
.2. Type the language that the form filler used. That's it.

Hi Cade,
thanks for the answer. The problem is, that because it is closed-question form, and the main language is Hebrew, at the table of the submissions, all the answers appear in Hebrew, I think independently from the language that was used to fill in the form. So I can't identify the language. But maybe I am wrong and everyone used Hebrew to fill in the form?

Hi eszterkoranyi,
Sure, I can look into this for you. I’ll just need access to your account to do that. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
In the meantime, let us know if you need any other help.

Hi eszterkoranyi,
I cloned your form, and it worked as expected. Do note that the submitted data will remain in the original form language, regardless of the selected language when the user fills it out. The only newly added field will detect whether the form is filled out in Arabic or another language:
While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

The user wants to identify which form responses were submitted using the Arabic version but all answers appear in Hebrew by default.
