Hi
I connected Jotform to Odoo through Zapier, and it's working well. However, the marketing fields are missing.
I added hidden fields to my form, but they are still not showing in Odoo.https://www.jotform.com/build/242237988961876

Thanks for patiently waiting. I tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

Hi Fatima,
I've tested your form and everything was working properly on our end. However, Zapier provides a warning indicating that certain fields, including the fields you have mentioned, cannot be used in a Zap at the moment. Since this limitation comes from Zapier, I recommend reaching out to their support team for further clarification on the issue. Here's the message they provide on Zapier during configuration setup:
