    it' a possibile upload an excel? there are limits?

    are you sure? I've uploaded excel file but the tris a limit of rose

    Hi Antonio, 

    I apologize for the confusion. Yes, the feature you are referring to is currently available. There are limitations on the number of characters the AI knowledge base can store. For Starter accounts, the limit is 1 million characters; for Bronze accounts, it is 2 million characters; for Silver accounts, it is 5 million characters; and for Gold accounts, the limit is 10 million characters.

    Picking up this topic: Is it possible top make the data (aka table entries) of submitted forms the knowledge base for AI? For example: An employee tries to find a set of data and asks the AI-Agent like "hey, what's the status of xyz"? Currently the employee would open the table to try to find the entry of "xyz" on his/her own. Crawling the direct URL of the table (while being set to public access) won't show up any set of data - even crawling multiple times won't help.
