Workflow: How to add multiple Assignee in the Task element?

Hi,

The problem with the Task element is only one person can be assigned to it, and there is no way it can be taken over or reassigned to someone else, which create big bottlenecks, how this can be dealt with ?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, you can only add 1 assignee per Task element to your Workflow, who is responsible for completing the specific task. As a workaround, you can add multiple tasks if there are more than 1 who needs to work with the task.

Additionally, the reassign feature and the taking over the task in Workflow are only available to regular elements like Approval. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

I'm glad I found this and it's been suggested. I need a task completed, but need to assign to multiple people, before a notification is sent out. Any individual from the multiple people can complete the task, so I'm looking for an assignee of: person 1 OR person 2 OR person 3.
