Help updating my account's email address

    Hi

    I have a free account that I would like to update/change the mail address connected to it, but it's not working...

    Hi Rita,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the account associated with your email address and see that it's been deleted. Normally, it takes 30 days before the account is fully purged, and the email address is usable on a different account. But if you can log in to your existing account, and contact us with your request to update your account's email address, we'll be able to help you with this.
